This prize draw is organised by KwikPix at Castle Quarter Shopping Centre, Norwich, United Kingdom. It opens on publication of this promotion and closes on 23 December 2026 at 17:00 UK time. No entries will be accepted after the closing time.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and have a valid means of contact. Children may participate in the prize photography session with a parent or guardian. KwikPix staff members and anyone directly involved in administering the draw are excluded.

• Make an eligible purchase of £40 or more in a single transaction at KwikPix in Castle Quarter or on kwikpixstore.com during the promotion period.
• One entry is recorded per qualifying transaction, regardless of the total spend above £40.
• Purchases must be genuine purchases of products or services at their normal selling prices; the promotion does not sell stand-alone raffle tickets.
• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or chargeback transactions are not eligible. Delivery fees and the value of gift cards purchased are excluded from the £40 threshold.
• All entries are recorded manually by KwikPix staff in the participant list. Online orders will be checked by staff. In-store customers must provide their name and contact details so their entry can be recorded.

Please keep your purchase receipt or order confirmation in case verification is required.

KwikPix maintains a manual list of all eligible entries. For the draw, each valid entry is represented once in the glass raffle bowl. One winning entry will be selected at random, under the supervision of an independent observer, on Wednesday 23 December 2026 at 17:00 UK time. All valid entries have the same chance in the draw. The winner will be contacted using the information supplied with their purchase or entry. The winner may be asked to provide proof of their qualifying transaction and identity.

One prize bundle with an advertised total retail value of £370: an Iris Photography Experience for up to five people, one large A1 framed print of five irises, and up to five individual personalised round iris keyrings. The iris session must be booked with KwikPix subject to appointment availability. The prize is provided as described and is not redeemable for cash. If fewer than five people attend, the number of photographed irises and keyrings will correspond to the attendees.

KwikPix will contact the winner as soon as reasonably practical after the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the first contact attempt, KwikPix may draw another eligible entry. Personal information collected for this promotion will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange the prize, in accordance with the KwikPix privacy policy. Entry does not require consent to marketing emails. The winner’s personal details will not be published unnecessarily.

The draw is a promotional purchase-linked prize draw: products and services remain at their usual retail prices. KwikPix may verify entries and reject fraudulent or duplicate entries arising from the same transaction. The advertised prize is not conditional on a minimum number of entries. In exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control, KwikPix may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, with an explanation to participants. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
